Tea ceremony
AmiGaTa Tresa
Tresa wears kimono in red and gold tones according to autumn traditional colours–but lo and behold–it is wrapped with right side over the left one to highlight the non-human origin of this maiko... Maybe her guests should have thought twice before entering the haunted tea house?
Her hair is made in wareshinobu hairstyle as a first-year maiko with bellflower kanzashi–hair ornament–for September. Traditional shoes–okobo–are hand-carved of boxwood the same way it's usually done for human-sized okobo. The mon on her obi is a kitten, which is her Tea House symbol. Her face-up is made with a slight craquelure effect, which is evident only up-close and imitates cracked porcelain.
This full set one of a kind doll was prepaired in the autumn of 2016 and was shown at Fashion Doll (Modna Lyalka) in Kiev. This Tresa thas a white skin tone and a third body with double-jointed knees.
